St. Paul's Fifth Chamber Music Season
The 2007-2008 Season of Saint Paul’s Chamber Music Concerts again brings a wide variety of solo and small ensemble music to Naples. This year’s programs feature a mix of well-known (chamber music) masterpieces and lesser known gems. Organized by Music Director Lan Lam, the concert series is now in its fifth season.

The season kicks off in December with the music of Bach, Poulenc, Chopin and Brahms. Pianist Richard Bosworth and cellist Adam Satinsky perform the Poulenc Cello Sonata and Brahms’ Second Sonata in addition to solo piano and cello offerings.

In February, bassist Matthew Medlock joins Naples’s Botticelli Quartet to perform Dvorak’s Quintet, opus 77. Also on the program are quartets by Haydn and Shostakovich.

The final presentation of the season in April will feature music of Beethoven and Brahms. Saint Paul’s Music Director Lan Lam and her violinist husband Geoffrey Day perform Beethoven’s Kreutzer Sonata. They are joined on the balance of the program by Tracy Leonard playing the Brahms’ Horn Trio.
